Childhood
At the age of 6 years, Sanders lost his father who died His mother was forced to assume responsibility early. Existing conditions require Harland Sanders to take care of his two younger siblings and learn to cook early.
Not yet stepped on for seven years, Harland Sanders has become a reliable chef. He worked in the fields when he was only ten years old and paid two dollars a month.

From Laborers to Parking Lot
When working as a laborers with only a salary of no more than sixteen cents, he also worked as a parking attendant. In 1906, he then entered the army and was sent to Cuba. After that he retired from the army.
Life relying on retirement money is not enough, he later joined the team to train the fire department. In those days too, Harland Sanders studied law through a correspondent. Harland Sanders continued to explore his abilities until he finally obtained a diploma in the field of law.

Harland Sanders left the lawyer's profession and opened a stand for car service in 1929 in Corbin, Kentucky.

Opened a restaurant

In his mind flared up the desire to establish a restaurant. No one knows that the comments from the hawkers will become a point in the life of Harland Sanders who will later change his destiny. The restaurant gave birth to a buzz in serving the fastest food menu.
Harland Sanders starts from a small room, which is a warehouse behind the car service stand. Harland Sanders has turned it into a small restaurant that sells fried chicken and fresh vegetables.
Harland Sanders restaurant is so famous. To open a restaurant, Harland Sanders did not find it difficult just to close the gas station and turn it into a restaurant that he named "Café Sanders".
In 1930, Harland Sanders' business expanded. The restaurant is now filled with one hundred forty-two people. Success at the age of 70 years

Therefore, Harland Sanders decided to sell his KFC franchise business to John Brown Junior and a millionaire Jack Mass for one million dollars.

Harland Sanders died
Colonel Harland Sanders died in 1980 and was buried in Louisville. In 1982, the KFC franchise business became part of the Reynolds subsidiary and in 1986, KFC was bought by the Pepsi Cola company for eight hundred and forty million dollars.

In 1995, the number of restaurants reached nine thousand. Its employees reached seven hundred fifty thousand people in ninety-two countries worldwide in 2005.
